Zasttra - You will not receive your orde

I have purchased 2 quite pricy fragrances - been waiting for my parcel since 8th of October - that is over a month! Wale tried to sell me the story about tracking number - that parcel will not have any in SA until it reaches me. I have spoken to the post office manager and later confirmed it with main office - ALL parcels - doesn't matter from UPS, USPS or other delivery company will get it's own SA / local tracking number (even economy parcels).

The SAPO manager was kind enough to give me his friends number who work at the customs - no surprise here - nothing was scanned as yet at the customs.

Wale is shouldn't be working in customer service at all - not even as a junior consultant- and he is apparently sales manager. The he tells (I have the whole correspondence) offend my intelligence.

The only person that tries to help somehow is Abigail. Lets see if I will receive purchased items at all :-(
