GOODS NOT STILL NOT ARRIVED AFTER 47 DAYS

I placed an order with [URL Removed] for a bottle of perfume on the 16th September. It is 47 days later and I have not received my order. I dealt with the sales manager, Wale with regards to my concerns of this late delivery. He was unable to provide me with a satisfactory response. All I was ever told is that it was helD up at customs and they didn't know how much longer it would take before it would reach me. I understand with international shipment it takes longer - up to 28 days is what they suggest on their website. Well its been 47 days - and NOTHING! Not even an email out of their own to apologise for the delay. They've only ever responded to my emails when I've followed up. I'll never order another thing through Zasttra again. They are not bothered about the customers peace of mind - once they have your money they couldn't care when you get your goods. NEVER AGAIN!
