Accommodation in Mozambique was on offer.
Prior to purchasing the vouchers, I read the terms & conditions, which I also took a print screen of.
The terms was the normal & then promotion was until 3 March 2014.
I purchased two vouchers & immediately phoned to make a booking.
The lodge for which I purchased the vouchers then told me that they cannot accommodate us in December as the deal was not applicable for 8 December to 8 January 2014. While speaking to the lodge I read the terms and conditions to them over the phone.. Well apparently that was not the deal!!
I have had no joy from city slickers to resolve this, they keep denying that the terms and conditions were not stipulated prior to the purchase of the vouchers!!
They have our money, which we are paying interest on & we have two useless vouchers for a holiday that cannot accommodate us when we can actually go on holiday!!
Misleading, unethical, poor service, POOR in all aspects.
Phoning them get you to an answering machine, you can leave a message or e-mail.
Either way you get no response until you start threatening!!
So careful out there these guys are slick in conning people!!!
