I've purchased from Netflorist before and things have been great, but after placing an order with them yesterday online for some flowers for valentines day, I realised the date on my order was incorrect. I mailed [Email Removed] The response was that the flowers I had selected where not from their Valentines range so the order had to be cancelled... I responded asking why, and received no response back... any way, the flowers arrived this morning... 2 and a half weeks early!!! If they simply got back to me, I wouldn't be writing this... This morning, after mailing them, I get 'I didn't receive the mail', even though if they scrolled down on the mail they would see a copy of the mail sent, and an sorry for the inconvenience caused. I don't want anything for free, All I want is for you to do your job properly, respond to customers when they mail you, I expect more from you than simply sending a mail and sweeping the issue under the carpet.

I won't be using your service in future, I hope other users read this before they make a purchase on your site. If you just took 2 mins to mail me and pretended to 'Care' I wouldn't be here writing this.
