Incorrect contents in box

I have purchased an Chocolatiere hotpot set on-line on the 23/09/2013. I received my goods on the 4/10/2013 upon inspecting my goods i noticed that the contents was not the same as explained on the website as well as on the box. I immediately sent an email advising the error. As per T& C you need to return the goods or if not satisfied within 7 days. I receive and email dated the 09/10/2013 after calling the call centre and leaving a voice message cause of high email volumes that my request has been escalated to Azimah at Magic in the box. I am still awaiting feedback and i am not satisfied at all why does it take so long to fix a plain and simple mistake. Things needs to be checked before its shipped off to customers this was supposed to be a birthday present and guess what I have to buy something to replace this gift and no-one is going to compensate me for doing the run around. All i want is the right contents in the box is that to difficult to do.
