Dishonest service

I've used Just 1's services to start up my website. In the beginning it worked fine but after problems that occurred (I was not receiving any emails from customers) I asked them to cancel my order and delete my website on 27 Sept12.On the 15 Jan.13 I received an email stating that they are busy working on my webpage & I replied to the email once again asking them to cancel this services.
In September this year, I received an phone call and several emails from their legal team, Martin Smit stating that I owe them R4788.00 and If I do not pay this legal action will be taken.
They are charging me for DEC, JAN FEB''13 even though I cancelled this in Sept12. I asked for proof of services rendered and he gave me a screen dump dated Dec''12 showing traffic in my webpage that was non excistend! Not sure what to do in this matter since he threatend me with hellopeter and Trans Union Africa as per Consumer Protection Act regulations. Im not a, I cant see why I must pay for services cancelled and out of the blue comes this rude legal person saying that they tried contacting me without me even knowing it! No voicemail no email NOTHING!
