NO RESPONSE FROM VITAL LEGAL SERVICES

I was retrenched on the 31/8/2013 however my employer has not paid me my last months (August) or my leave pay. I am a member of Vital Legal Services & I requested assistance from them as they had previously handled a labor dispute for me. My account was in arrears with an amount of R624 I then borrowed the money to get the account up to date & have had nothing but dissatisfaction. I requested feed back from them since the beginning of October & to date I have not yet received an email or a phone call from them. So my ex boss carries on with her business - I am battling to make ends meet & vital legal services are not offering or assisting with my case. The last months R99 membership fee has not been paid as I feel that I am not receiving the service that I should be receiving & I have not received any payment from my Ex Employer to pay my debt. It is almost 2 months now since I reported my case to them & I have had no joy & no feed back.
