My registration cancelled

I registered on bidorbuy about 2/3 months ago and I didn't use the account for a week after registration, when I tried to login I found out that my account was suspended for no reason and I contacted bidorbuy, they asked me to send them my Id and proof of residence wich I did and received confirmation after 2days that my documents had been received and they were being reviewed it was 2months ago and I still haven't received any response but they are able to send me their adverts weekly and surveys but they refuse to assist me in activating my account for buying on their website, I wasn't even trying to register as a seller I just wanted to buy a phone.
