Spoke to Fazlin Asvat on 01 July 2013, got an email confirming that our refund is a priority. Emailed her on 18 July 2013, got an email promising that she would bring this to Manager attention. Today 30 July her manager says it only crossed her desk a couple of days ago. Shocking! Some people should not work with customers.
