Have not receved refund after 2 weeks

I placed an order on 26/06/2013 after waiting to hear from them I had to phone to be told that my one item was out of stock. I was very irritated as if this was the case why do they have it advertised and then wait for me to pay. after telling them to refund me for that tem I still waited and did not hear from them about the refund. Im still waiting for my money. I will not be ordering form them again
