Still waiting for delivery. What a joke

I've just had my July debit order go off.

I am still waiting for June boxes.

I've e-mailed [Email Removed] / [URL Removed] in the hope that SOMEONE, ANYONE will anser my e-mail.

I can only enquire via e-mail due to the nature of my work.

It's COMPLETELT UNFAIR that I've had 2 debits and no box. WHAT"S GOING ON THERE? Every and i mean EVERY month I get over by you lot and have to enquire about where my box is! Go into your records and comfirm this if you need to. Been going on since 2011 EVERy *&%# MONTH!

I've heard of at least 3 cancellations at work because of non-existant service.

You guys can send marketing e-mails no problem but when it comes to e-mails sent by your cliens, we have to wait till we're almost dead before getting a response if any.

You WILL get back to me today and you WILL sort your Sh&t out today.

I expect an e-mail!!!
