Beware of bad support

On the 26 April, I paid some traffic fines on [URL Removed] ... the payment went off my bank account on the same day. A couple of hours later I received an email to say: "An error occured while trying to process your transaction."
So I log a support call to ask what is going on. 31 May 2013, I get an email to say it was assigned to a Patrick Kalinda and on the 3 June I get an email to say the call has been closed. In this time I have had absolutely no calls or correspondence to ask me about the call or to tell me how the call has been resolved. Unbelievable! The person logging the call decides when the call can be closed, NOT the call centre agent. Communication is paramount... there is clearly more training required. I am very unimpressed.
