PayCity - PayImpossible!

I love the concept of PayCity and would use it if it ever worked! I went online to pay my traffic fines. Firstly, it does not pick up all the fines for which I have received a notification, which is a worry. I tried numerous times to pay by credit card, but always get an "error" report - this after 3 months of PayCity telling me they are aware of the problem and their IT team is fixing it. Fire the IT team - they are clearly incompetent! So, I tried paying by EFT - also a non-starter! So, we have a company that allows you to pay online but NOT one of it's payment methods works!!! I then called the help desk, only to deal with someone who was BEYOND unhelpful - when I asked her what I should do, she mumbled something unintelligible. No help there! Finally, after about 10 tries, I managed to pay by credit card - only to receive a notice shortly afterwards saying that didn't go through either! I went onto PayCity to check on my traffic fines, but they have vanished as well. NOTHING on the site works, so just close down the business and spare me any more frustration & disappointment!
