We spend a lot of money advertising on this adwords and on a daily basis they bill us more than what we approved. We asked and complaint to them that there are a lot of clicks on our ads but on all this clicks we didnt received any feedback or telephonic references from so called clicks. After we start complaining they credit us with R1.09 but we have already spend over R14, 000.00 for free. This is not accordance our agreement or the policy they advertise on there company policy. Please sort this out because they do not reply to our complaint.
