Adwords very ignorant but fast to suspend your acc

I advertise my business on google adwords and everything went well until two weeks ago. Google adwords suspended my account. I have an automatic payment method, they told me i did not pay, I paid again and they still tell me that i must pay again. I have phoned them six times and every time they are full of stories. one person even told me long stories on if you work for him and he does not pay you what will you do. My business is very dependent on this way of marketing, I just can't get my account reactivated because they want more money. while i have paid them.
