False Advertising

I was quoted R2000 setup fee and a R250 or R450 P/M management options for google adwords by the sales consultant. After payment was made and the setup was complete (10 days) the owner of the company Jean Pierre offered me a management fee of R750 per month ex vat, i asked for the R250 or R450 options, he said he will not sell them to me as these deals do not exists anymore, even though they are still advertised on their website.
I chose this company to manage my google adwords account, i chose to pay the R2000 setup fee because their management fees were the best, only to find out that they are now the most expensive management fees, every other company i have spoken to (ie trudon Yellow Pages...) do not charge a setup fee at all, only the monthly management fees, which are all now cheaper than [URL Removed] I feel i was conned into purchasing the R2000 setup fee, because of the False Advertising of the R250 and R450 management fees.
I feel Jean Pierre's (the owner of the company) customer service is appalling.
