Debit on my Bank account

Dear Peter
I happened to look at my bank account this morning and I see:

6/03/2013 VOXCONS R4 R498726 Debit for R70, 00

In the clause below it say: You are a customer of Voxcons - For the record I am NOT and do not know who they are.

I do not know who Voxcons is, I have not given them my bank account details, how do I go about getting my money back please?
