Royal Palms unpleasant suite standard

My children & I arrived on the 27/4/2013 (yesterday) after over 7 hours drive around 7.30pm to a 2 bedroom suite no.401 that was cigarette stuffy as we opened the door. We tried to air it for 3 hours but the bedrooms were not clearing as fast as the lounge. We were also greeted by a huge roach & small other crwalling creatures. As if that was not enough. The towels & bathrobes we clearly very old & not white nor soft as we experienced in our past visits. There were no slippers either. I wondered wether is it because I booked via [URL Removed] this time round. I am a three cities member but had to use [URL Removed] this time around as they happen to have the same hotel I planned to book via the Rewards central booking, that was unable to find my membership number after I had received my renewal card a while ago. I then proceessd an online booking as not only there was a special the process was faster. I am truly disappointed as we struggled to sleep with the coughing that went on & we are suppose to be here for 4 nights...
