Review Board 2-3 days to approve Urgent healthcare

My wife's blood iron count is almost zero and she urgently requires Iron. Tablets take too long to enter into the body, so the Doctor recommended an Iron drip.
The Physician she was referred to has to motivate why she requires an iron drip and then the Discovery Health review board will take 2-3 days to approve this.
This is ridiculous is this
