Nuvoryn my money!!!

I ordered nuvoryn slimming pills online last year & i never recieved my order. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service/s from your company. It is the first time I have had to wait such a long period of time to receive anything, 7 months to be precise. At first I was told that my order will be delivered to me within 2weeks, I then took the initiative of contacting my sales person who then said they will get back to me with all the details. The money was debited from my account last year and it has reached the end of January 2014 without any feedback of any kind nor decency of a simple phone call of any kind as a customer. I have tried to get hold of you countless times and you have been too busy to attend to my concerns, which makes me wonder how much Nuvoryn values their customers. If it is not too much to ask I would like to know the honest truth about my order and please provide clarity with this regard. If you are unable to deliver the goods then I ask you to please refund my money. I am tired of running after nuvoryn (Nathans natural)
