Medicross Account Still not Sorted

I paid my Medicross account but still receive calls that it is outstanding?

If I phone Medicross Accounts, they say R0.00 is outstanding? Why do I recieve phone calls / sms's that it is outstanding if I have paid already?

Proper communication would be a good idea, don't you think?

How do I sort this out?
