Extremely rude and ripped off service!

Now the second time I have gone to the Kirknesspark Pharmacy in Pierre van Ryneveld and the second time I walk out of there angry! Again I was "helped" by Sunet Smith and she is extremely rude. When asked for details you will always be answered back with a sarcastic comment.

I gave in a script for a few flu remedies and an acne cream and the bill came to R885.00. When I just asked what is so expensive I was simple told its because Im paying cash and not putting it on medical aid. My word one would think that if you pay cash you would get discount or be treated with a little bit of respect. It's a complete rip off and Im very sure that I would have paid less than half at a Clicks or Dischem. But it's the attitude you are treated with in there.

I tried to find a facebook page for the Kirknesspark Pharmacy but could only find Sunet Smith on facebook with this comment as her status: "Jis party pasiente kan stink! " (I have a screengrab of this).

Well Sunet Smith your service, professionalism and pharmacy stinks! You should NEVER work with people!
