Fedhealth cancel's daughters membership

Fedhealth cancelled my daughters membership without advising me they did it and AFTER all the requested paper work was emailed or fax thru to the call centre. we have been with Fedhealth for many years and my daughter has been on the medical aid all this time. she is still at home and doing an apprenticeship. if they were not happy with the affidavit I sent them WHY not CALL me or email me and discuss it with me, especially knowing that I was communicating with them in regard to this query, I WAS trying to sort it out - NOT just take a member off and knowingly putting her life in danger what will happen if she needs emergency medical assistance?? - especially as they were charging me full adult rates for her. I am sooo disgusted by there lack of service please everyone beware that the workers in the call centre DO NOT WORK EFFECTIVELY and as for the membership department that treat "old" loyal customers is such a disgusting non caring manner I am appalled.
