We had our visa's done at Capago, Sandton. After PAYING for an appointment, we waited 2.5 hours while their staff one by one dissapeared. when we complaine, we got a sudden response.
Now we have no success in contacting them to find out if our visa's is ready. Their website is pathetic, their numbers does not work (087 751 3800, 021 447 3571, 011 916 1006 and 087 742 2830) and their response-service is definitely not working. Wish there is a way to blacklist companies with such poor service!
