I was totally lost about certain benefits and the way to go about, I phoned in and spoke to Ncumisa Zandamela, the first thing I liked about her service was that she took time to understand me correctly and explained me in detail about all my benefits and excactly what to do, step by step. We need more call centres with deditacted staff. GOOD STUFF!!!
