When filters needed to be replaced, I was attended to quick, friendly and they effectively helped me to buy what was needed, I was supplied with good information, After I replaced filters I had a problem with the tank, and when I phoned, I was supplied with step by step detail on how to identify the problem and how to solve this. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who know their product and give good service to clients!
