Doesnt wasnt to give back my own money

Membership cancelled last year September 2012... November and December i paid two premiums to try and get my hospital plan active..In January i was told that i wouldnt be able to get an extension..and that my membership was cancelled from September. They told me they were going to refund my two premiums... that was in January ..Its now end of June. They keep making promises..its sickening explaining the situation to different consultants all the time. I phoned NUMEROUS times..Every time i call i keep hearing my money will be in my account in 4days time... Cant they afford to pay me..or is it just another way of taking peoples MONEY... Or somebody is realllly not qualified to do their job there... Even explaining to them that i need to Pay that money back to somebody... They just not HELPFULL... I would have understood if it were a small local spaza shop thats taking so long to pay... Never expected this from a Big Organisation... Please i want my money...
