HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I stayed there last year and I must say the level of service is very very bad. They are SO unwilling to help you and never mind asking them questions. The managers are the worst! They have such bad attitudes! I sent an e-mail to the General Manager and I got a delivery report back to say my e-mail was deleted without being read!
