BAD ATTITUDE

On the 18th Oct 2013 I went to the University of Pretoria school of dentistry for treatment of my teeth, they needed filling. I was treated by a Prof Dannheimer who at first did not give me an injection before making a hole in my tooth. When he was drilling, I felt a terrible strong sensation. He then gave me the first injection which didn't do anything in erms of local anaesthetics. when he drilled again, I still felt pain where I TRIED removing his hand. He went ballistic, shouting and screaming at me to remove my hands and that I should not touch him. That embarrassed me so much I felt "very black" and shocked for a proffessional like him to treat me so rude. If this Prof doesn't understand patients by now, then I would like to give my vote of no confidence in him. He needs to go for emotional intelligence courses and maybe on pension as he is old and highly rude towards black patients. I don't appreciate the manner in which he treated me and would like him to be sorted out. I am tired of people like him who make others feel like dirt or ramnants. This must stop. Iwould appreciate it if his Department to look into this matter ASAP.
