Not shedule appointment properly

I was charged 3 times for the same prosedure and had no sucsess . after making another apointment
it took 4 monthes to get. I then showed up for this 30 minuits early and waited for 1 hour which was
30 minuits past my apointed time. I then told the reception lady I had to leave an apointment was offered
to me the following day. I was asked who i am and i saw my apointment card was not on the desk with
all the other patient cards
this is not ethical to do with patient who have no joy with past prosedures.
