Since 14h00 today I have received EVERY 10 minutes the same sms spam advert from Discovery regarding a special optometry offer. I have phoned your customer services department, but the reply was that they cannot stop a specific ad and offered to discontinue ALL sms notifications. I responded that I would accept but Discovery then will have to take full responsibility and liability regarding important messages not conveyed to me resulting from this stoppage. They did not accept. I continue getting the same sms every 5 to 10 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable and an infringment of the contract.
