I had lost all faith in our countries service providers cell phones, insurance, medical aid etc. I must admit for the last 10 years plus I have never had a problem with discovery. Thank-you Discovery
I was unfortunately in a car accident yesterday afternoon, the service I received was out of this world. With in 30 minutes of the accident every thing was sorted. Discovery phoned me with in minutes of the accident and made sure I was ok and did not need medical assistance. Richard from First road was at the scene 15 minutes of the accident and offered his assistance. I told him I had already been contacted by Discovery and they had arranged for a towing. Richard asked if he could contact Discovery as First Road are one of there service provider's. With in 5 minutes everything was authorized for the towing (Thanks Richard). The car had not even been towed yet and Discovery had phoned me for a rental and asked if they could send a Taxi to take me to pick up the rental car. For an unfortunate incident Discovery really went the extra mile. I cannot express my gratitude for all the parties involved Discovery ; First Road (Richard) and Avis. Discovery totally above the rest.
