Discovery sends SPAM... and ignores complaints

Discovery sends SPAM. Despite the fact I have never agreed to receive SPAM, this company sent me some optometrists advert.

I then contacted them via the abuse, postmaster and the email used to register their domains - the correct channels. I also CC'd Mr Hylton D. Kallner, who is Chief Marketing Officer of Discovery, and the man ultimately responsible.

After 6 business days I have had no response - and this to a complaint in which I made it clear that Discovery is breaking the law (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002)

I pretty much expect poor service from Discovery, but this is pitiful.
