UNABLE TO REACH THE REPEAT MEDICATION ON 021 404 5

I've been unable to make booking for my repeat medication over the past 10 days. Whenever I call the line it says "thank you for calling the repeated medication" then it would put me through some long music thereafter someone would pick the phone and ask me to hold on, then it would take me to step one "thank you for calling repeated medication". For the last 10 times the lady would just drop the line in my ears. I'm stuck because I cannot go to collect the medication without prior booking and my repeat date is overdue.
