Last year in February, my wife Esther Mashigo consulted Professor PF Coetzee practice no: 3601315 at Montana hospital. The professor recommended the following operation to solve her problem: ICD 10 code: N62 and procedure code : 0339, 0009. The doctor emailed it to them and I also faxed it to them.

We never received a response from the even after calling them several times, they just promised to come back to us. on the 19th of February this year I sent them an email and they responded aknowledging receipt of documents February last year after I thretened them with contacting you, they promised to respond by the 3rd of March, to date I heared nothing from them and my wife is in constant pain.

I therefore ask for your intervention in the matter.
