Goods purchased and fell apart in 1 week

I purchased a lounge suite in February this year. In the same week the lounge suite started falling apart. I have contacted the company and sent emails requesting assistance from them to replace it. They have promised me from February they are on their way. I am still waiting, Its 5 months and despite my calling and emailing, they choose to ignore me. I really need help, its either they are going to replace it, or give me my money back! I paid cash and have my receipt with my 2 YEAR WARRANTY stated on it, I have my call recordings, dates and times. I am so frustrated and need help.
