Shocking co-payments!

I was admitted to hospital on 25 Feb 2013 for a C-scope, and a G-scope. I am on Primary plan. I had to pay in a R1000 co-payment before being admitted - acceptable. After recieving a statement from the doctor doing the procedure, i am liable for another R1200! - UNACCEPTABLE.
I pay R5000 per month in contributions, for them to only cover R800 of a R4000 procedure!!!
I have sent a mail to Bonitas claims department to investigate it, but they send me a reference number (MI228933328), and just close it the following day.
SERVICE IS JUST APPALLING!
