KIA ORA Clifton - dont pay your deposit!

Stayed there in Dec 2012. No places to park your car. our car was vandilised overnight and the tyres deflated as we had to park on the curb.
Front door lock didn't work and when the wind blew it would blow open on its own so had to be latched.
No Fans in any rooms or air, thus really hot when sleeping.
Kitchen was a mess with plenty left overs from all previous owners and no set dishes, crockery or cutlery.
Does not have 5 Beds in the main house. Has 3 rooms with 2 double beds in the one. 1 room with one double bed in it, and the main room with a double bed and a sleeper couch which only really sleeps one. Even though it is advertised as 10 sleeper. Only 2 and a half bathrooms.
No count of the cutlery or crockery was done on arrival, nor was a register given to check, When we left we were blamed for things we didn't break, even the coffee table and front door mentioned above.
Overall if you get a good price, you know why...
P.S. Don't pay a deposit, you wont get it back, even if you beg.
