Johannesburg Hospital a Shame

1) The lack of signage leaves much to be desired- we got lost for almost an hour and staff kept giving us conflicting information
2) The lifts for the place we wanted to access were not working. This is a pain, considering that we were going to level 8 and fetching a mom and baby.
3) The guy who was manning P3 paypoint refused to acknowledge that the board right next to him said that if you have a discharge letter then your parking is free. He kept shouting some sorry story which was not noted on the board. I found this to be the worst about the hospital. Their rude staff who would not listen and seemed to be obviously oblivious to the board. What are the chances of a sick person driving to the hospital and qualifying to get free parking. Most people get dropped off and collected and as such the free parking obviously was meant for such people.
