Parking ticket

On the 05/112013 my wife got vey sick with some sort of fit attacks. I rushed her to kind edward as I myself are medical boarded and we have no income. It was an emergency! There was no parking and the security at agte said we can't go in we have to stop outside where all the other cars parked. We were at hospital two days. There are only parking between the tree in the middel iland wich def hold no dangour to any traffic at all. I got a 300 fine! I found this very stupid of thisofficer as this is people with no money and an emergency! The taxis wash there cabs in the street eligal and skip robots but they don't get any tickets instead they make the poor more poor by haning out at a state hospital to bring them more down! This type of officers are the lazt that don't wane work for real and pray on the weak.go look at king edward hospital.. No parking at all!
