SURGERY AUTHORIZED NOW THEY WONT PAY!!!

Hi Resolution Health,

I suggest someone contact me with IMMEDIATELY!!! My husband is a beneficiary under my medical aid and MORE THAN 3 MONTHS AGO (90 Days) He has a Spinal Block performed!! We just received a Bill from our hospital after 3 MONTHS advising us that we will be liable for almost R6000 in medical costs as Resolution wont cover it!! The REASON I MOVED from Discovery to Resolution is because they were Unprofessional and Pathetic!! I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO MY LAWYERS If I am not contacted by the close of business today!!! Call discovery and ask them if I am playing games as I won a case with them for not covering my birth in 2009 - The total was R16100 so don't think I will take this lying down!!

I have the statement that CLEARLY SHOWS THE Pre AUTHORIZATION Number as well as the AUTHORIZATION Number!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
