Accounts not received but hand customers over

Time and time again I get a random SMS from Lancet stating my account has been handed over for collection. When I call them and query it I get told that I owe (for example 147.00) fine if I owe them money I am more than happy to pay. I ask them to send me an account and they tell me that they have my address as an address I stayed at 12 years ago. I request they rather e mail the account as they obviously don't have an integrated system that can see accounts sent to my current address are paid immediately. Still no e mails.

Lancet please note WE the consumers do not choose you as a service provider the doctors do. Get your act together.
