Extra bill for "FACILTY" at Casualty

Good day
I went to the Casualty dept at LCM.
I recieved a bill from LCM for R750.00 which I duly paid
I have now been cotacted by Casualty with a further R873.00
I went to see both departments and have been informed the R750.00 is a bill from the Hospital for using their "FACILITY"
I am shocked: what facility???
To SIT on the bed? To have no assistance while holding my drip and going to Xray (NO porters avaliable to assist me)
What does this R750.00 entail?
This is an OUTRAGE
I am a Nursing Sr who worked at this Hospital and Markets for a large organisation in the medical field. I have often met new Drs in the Brooklyn/Menlo Park area and informed them that LCM is a good hospital and has a good 24/7 Casualty. However I shall now no longer refer Drs/patients to a hospital who somehow (to me: as despite asking the accounts dept) have recieved NO explanation for this amount paid (unfortunately) by me.
I want to know: why this facility fee and what was I offered for this?
It WAS NOT explained to me or even was I told about it whilst in the casualty!
