Only allowing certain plans to qualify

Wanted to link my woolworths card to my vitality, only to be told i do not qualify as I am not on the executive plan, I am on one of the top plans for the medical aid pay a fortune per month, and also do most of my shopping at woolworths, more than at pick 'n pay and now I can not benefit from the rewards from vitality, I am linked to vitality pay a monthly fee and can not benefit.
They are actually discriminating against people not on the executive plans.
