The Case Manager assisted me in submitting an updated account to Discovery Health for payment of my Hospital Account. We have received the invoice for payment, but I have noticed that the discharged date is indicated incorrectly and need the correct invoice before payment can be made. Can someone please e-mail it to me to ensure that payment is made immediately to settle the account.
