Motivation letter required for Medical Aid payout

Back on the 20th July 2012, Milpark Hospital admitted me to their hospital & put me in an isolation ward without confirming with Bankmed (my Medical aid provider) if permitted. they may have their reasons for doing so as they were treating me however Bankmed wanted a motivation letter before payout. I made numerous calls to the hospital asking for this form August 2012 to date I have not had any joy, infact what then happenned was the Legal department phoned me. I should thgink drafting a motivational letter should take max 5 minutes, I truly dont know what to do. I logged a complaint with: Anke Jordaan, Roshel Simpson
'katherine.jonker, Annecke Barnard, Shaun Albert, Alma Olivier, Dalene Joubert to name a few. I am not prepared to be blacklisted for their incompetence & neglegence. I have done my part. They must either write this amount off or write the motivation letter. I refuse to be a victim for 8 months now nothing has come of this.
please let iether Dr Rowji ore Dr Opolot do the right thing!
