Pathetic Customer Service - Unable to get a reply

As a municipal official I was forced to resign from LA Health when I accepted a new position in the Private Sector. I momentarily considered switching to the full Discovery Package, but I am now glad that I did not.

I was contacted by the scheme regarding outstanding amounts for medical expenses already claimed, which I paid within the same week. I have faxed proof of payment twice and sent numerous email (starting 4 March) enquiring whether my withdrawel has been finalised. To date I have received NO responses to my personal queries.

However - the firm actually had the audacity to send me a SMS stating that they are sad about my withdrawel and would like ME to phone THEM to discuss it.

The person with whom I have been corresponding also sent me a list regarding staff at an entirely different municipality, which makes me believe there is absolutely no control at the billing department.

I find it sad that one has to resort to these measures for a simple reply for a company like this.
