Claims constantly being processed incorrectly

A new year and yet the problem persists!
Once again Discovery Health proves that their admin and claims department are full of dumb-twit! So frustrated that they are so careless and can't process a weekly claim correctly - wake up!!
I go to Liezel Vogt for weekly therapy and never been to Bell TC - yet 1 -2 times I send through a claim it gets stated that I went to Bell TC and hence I don't get paid or reimbursed. I have to call the cell centre to get it re-submitted and wait another week for it to be processed. How difficult is it to READ what the claim form states - please raise attention to detail with the internal staff - I am about to go to the ombudsman again with this issue if it happens again!
The man who helped me at the call centre was very helpful and kind - unfortunately he had to bear the wrath of my frustration - pity I could not get my anger out at the right person!
