Paid for Prokard from Protea Hotel received nothin

I was phoned by the agent Portia for membership I paid my yearly fee and many promises was made including I would receive free vouchers and gold card but received none of the promises made. After a year Chrizel phones to renew my contract but I have not received my first years promises no gold card nor vouchers. Chrizel wants me to renew the contract and receive and extra year free but my first vouchers nor gold card was not received at all.
Jermaine phones to renew my contract but I still have not received any gold card nor vouchers as promised. Erin the MANAGER was to follow up and email some feed back but has not heard from him either.
Are they ripping other people off as well?
