Brilliant Service

I just want to thank the staff at Lancet Laboratory for going the extra mile to provide exellent service beyond expectation. They assisted me on Saturday and told me to come back on Monday morning to finish the tests as there was additional paperwork to be completed.

A special thanks to Marina Dutoit and Onica Kekana for acting proactively and providing alternatives for my situation. They have such enthusiasm and they did everything they could to assist me so that everything can be completed on time.

Please let them know that their good work has definitely been noticed and they must continue to do so. I have been to other labs before but it is the first time I have seen great service and care of this nature provided by laboratory staff.
